Have you ever caught an STD from swinging or cuckolding?

It's going well so far. I wasn't sure if anyone would take part in this poll. Don't forget this poll is totally anonymous, so you privacy is assured.
I caught scabies from a girlfriend. She was a heavy girl, very fetishistic about clothing and shoes, and adored being caned. She had a beautiful sexy voice, too. We slept together for a few nights, and I caught scabies. I think it was from her because I wasn't seeing anyone else at the time and I had a no penetration relationship with my husband. The treatment was effective and the disease did not harm our relationship.

Off we went to the Clinic and got tested, both of us clear, no worries.
We did have an active period of time planned, six parties to go to within two weeks. However while the testing was going on we had to cancel it all and it did even put the girlfriend off the ideal of swinging ever again which lead to a problem between us, all outside sex stopped.
We later found out that the hostess had put out the false rumour to try and scare her husband away from the scene. It would appear that her boyfriend had got jealous and wanted her to reserve her pussy just for him. Yes, it did work, they never got invited to any party again.
No, and I certainly dont want any.. I was just tested a few weeks ago for EVERYTHING I could think of to ask for... Although my hubby is arroused by the bareback idea, I'm so chicken of catching something. I have a beautiful family that I want to live long and healthy for!

My wife did develop vaginitis within a few days of her first multi-day visit with one lover. Prior to being with him, she was never prone to that problem. Not exactly a venereal disease, though.
This will always be a sensitive subject in our community. All alternative lifestyles must understand the health risks associated with their behaviors. My experiences in the BDSM, cheating wife, cuckold and swinging lifestyles have been tremendously exciting - and safe.
There is a powerful attraction, I think mostly for the cuckold but the cuckoldress/hotwife and bull may also derive enjoyment, in the "creampie" type of experience. It evokes many feelings - the humiliation, the risk of conception, the "cocksucking by proxy", service, subservience, etc.
On the other hand, I am a medical professional. Have been for over 20 years now. I practice in the field of women's health. At this stage, I have seen it all - and it isn't pretty. No matter how many health certificates and tests someone shows me, I will not take unnecessary risks. MasterHubby refuses to allow such risks which makes it a bit easier on me! As far at the above poll goes, I have not had a problem. On the other hand one of our close female friends (platonic only for us) has been diagnosed with two different ones. I know of several more (men and women) by name only.
You owe it to yourself and to your partner(s) - current and future - to properly educate yourself on the risks and methods of prevention. The range of classical STDs continues to grow. HIV may not be as big a risk as some hysterical people thought, but it is still a risk. How many of you really know about HPV (human papilloma virus)? Yes, you may have heard that there is a vaccination - it covers 4 of the over 130 strains currently identified. (P.S. Women - check into the vaccination with your health care professional - see if it makes sense for you.) Here in Florida one of the adult-only 55-and-over communities has the highest incidence of STDs in the entire state. Kinky old people! Bless them all, but they come from a different time and place and probably never consider the risks.
A message board, however well-meaning, does not satisfy the requirement of education. Find a health care professional who you can talk to about the subject. I know they are out there! I hate to be a wet-blanket, but seriously people, some things are best left to fantasy when engaging in riskier behavior.
There are alternative ways to enact the fantasy - perhaps not the direct cream-pie but rather condom-pouring for example - use your imagination - and your big brain.
Is it wide-spread? Common? I can't tell you that. What are the chances? I don't know - there are too many variables. It is out there though. Am I personally going to stop all participation in the alternative lifestyle world? No, not at all. But we are selective and always safe. No amount of alcohol, cajoling or passion trumps the rule.
Again, I am sorry to be a wet-blanket, but remember those immortal words of the sergeant on Hill Street Blues - "be careful out there".

In our over 20 years in an alternative lifestyle we have never contracted a STD. That is not to say that others haven't.
When we started out times were different. We were products of the 60's openness scene. Me more then her being that she grew up in an Asian Country. Thoughts and actions were different as we grew older then those that were born later and were educated differently. When we entered an alternative sexual lifestyle in the 80s STDs were not a common subject or worry. I can't remember anyone ever requesting a condom at that time unless a woman wasn't on birth control of some kind and then it was to prevent pregnancy.
Sure, people heard and knew of the various STDs then but the worry wasn't there due to them not being a widespread thing in the communities where they played. Then came the AIDS scare. You remember that one? Where AIDS was popping up all over and someone contracted it every 20 seconds. That's over 1.5 Million per year and here you are sleeping around. It slowed the lifestyle down some but not for long. Single males started to have harder times finding couples to play with in MMF situations. Any bi male was passed over because of the fear that he would bring AIDS with him from a MM relationship. Vanillas became completely off limits due to not knowing their sexual history or recklessness so to speak. Condoms started to become a requirement for many then. At the same time the Internet was getting bigger and Alternative Lifestyle people started organizing better. Polls like this one started to see just how things were effecting the Lifestyle. Early polls showed a much different story then what was being reported in the media. The media is stating an epidemic in STDs exist but the Polls of the most sexually active communities showed something entirely different. STDs were less in the Alternative Lifestyle populations then in the vanilla populations. This was always contributed to people actually looking after themselves better to keep enjoying their lifestyle. People in the lifestyle are more selective then the vanilla world. Spouses in the vanilla world would cheat on their significant others with unknowns while those in the Lifestyle knew who and chose them to play with. Many Lifestylers started getting regular checks to make sure they were staying clean. Some couples require single males to show up with these test in hand before anything can happen. Of course, just because you were tested today doesn't mean you are clean. It just means it hasn't shown up yet but could still be there and you can still pass it on.
While current polls still show the alternative lifestyle members still seem to run lower rates then in the vanilla world, they have embraced "protection" for the majority of members. There are still those that say they will only go bare back but a good 95% won't be touched without protection. We are insisting on condoms now. That's just the way it is. Being that my Princess his the dominate one and not the lover, she makes the call and the call is for condoms for penetration.
It's a different world today then when we started. It's sad but reality sometimes really sucks. You don't have to take a deadly chance. Any STD is deadly when you think of what you will lose by getting it. If it stops all sex then that is deadly. If a guy insist on bareback, let him go beat off someplace because he is not going to cause problems for anyone who thinks they have any kind of importance.

i dont think it is bad to go bareback you just need to make sure that everyone is clean i think before all that happens you should make sure if they have any stds by tests
Many STDs can be found the same day the test is run. Things like HIV can take 6 months to a year to show up but in the mean time can be passed.
